Run Good Tunica $250 Deepstack Day 1 Recap

Team 100k sent multiple team pros to day 2 after an eventful day on the felt! The event drew 474 entrants, with 58 making day 2 and all are officially in the money. When Day 2 kicks off today at 1PM EST, Dylan Lemery will be the chip leader with 631k coming back at BB 6k. Other notables include Brian “TheGoldenBlazer” Frenzel with 280k, and David Lee with 265k.

For our Team 100k Pros, Shawne Child bowed out middle of the pack after running top pair into a better kicker. Alexandra Loveless managed to get a couple doubles early in both flights, but failed to hold late in both flights, bowing out in 69th in flight A and 77th in Flight B.

Jason Walker surged out to a massive stack early in Flight A, maintaining well over 100 bb for much of the first 6 hours. He took a small hit right before the third break when he ran 2 pair into a better 2 pair, but effectively lost the min. Headed into the bubble, Jason ended up with a huge stack on his left.

“I had the overwhelming chip leader on my left who opened every hand on bubble and I couldn’t do anything but blind down but more happy coming back with 30bb which is a above average amount so we have a good shot at a deep run.”

Jason bagged 181k and comes back with just over 30bb.

David also got out to a fairly fast start, running his stack up to 63k at the first break and 147k at the second break. David got to a peak of 287k before losing a flip that brought him back down to 180k. He was able to maintain through the bubble and comes back with 177k for Day 2.

The 58 remaining players will play down to a ring winner today, we will have updates on social media at and in our discord:
